Your order will be shipped directly to your home, ready to be displayed and to show to friends and family!
I will bring a full set of printed proofs, and an array of sample items to look at.
I'll spend about 2-3 weeks editing and retouching your images. When I'm done, you'll have approximately 25 finished, beautiful images to choose from.
I accept a limited number of portrait sessions each year, so that each of my clients can have a personalized and memorable experience. My session fee is $150 and includes up to two hours of artistic photography at the location of your choosing, with unlimited wardrobe changes. Professional hair and makeup services are available for an additional fee; please contact me for rates. When determining your budget for your portrait experience, please be aware that in addition to the session fee, there is a minimum order requirement of $350.
I have three carefully curated portrait collections available, with prices starting at $500. These collections will appeal to those that are looking for a selection of prints as well as those that are interested in albums and other keepsakes. Items are also available on an à la carte basis, with print prices starting at $20. All of my prints, albums, and other products are made with archival materials and are designed to last a lifetime.
Q: WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE HELD?
A: All portrait sessions will be scheduled to take place either at your home or at another location of your choosing, such as a garden, park, or beach. At your session we will use as much natural light as possible. Natural light is much more flattering and tends to bring out the true spirit of the subject being photographed. Locations outside a 45-mile radius of Fulton, NY are subject to a travel fee.
Q: WHAT TIME WILL MY SESSION BE HELD?
A: Outdoor sessions are best scheduled early mornings or late afternoons/evenings. I try to avoid midday sessions when everyone tends to get hot, sweaty, and miserable, but if that's the best time for you we will make it work! Please note that an outdoor session may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather or excessive heat.
Q: WHAT IS THE SESSION FEE?
A: Payment of the session fee secures your session date on my calendar, and also locks in pricing from any increases. It covers the time I spend preparing for your session, the session itself, and the processing of your images. The session fee is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another date should you need to reschedule your session.
Q: IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
A: All clients will be asked to sign a model release. Those under 18 years of age will need a parent or guardian to sign for them. This model release gives me permission to display your images on my website, Facebook page and other social media, and in any advertising I may do. Because so much of my business is dependent upon potential clients seeing the past work I have done, it is vital that I have this model release on file so that I may use your images. In appreciation for this consideration, the standard session fee shown on my website and quoted to clients is a discounted rate ($50 off) with the assumption that a model release will be signed. However, should you not wish to sign a model release or have your images displayed, the full session fee rate of $200.00 will apply.
