Finally! Grant has been working on his First Class rank in Boy Scouts for the better part of a year. For a while I was worried that would never finish it. I had rope burn from all of the knots and lashings that he practiced on my arms and legs. But it was all worth it. And now he’s only three ranks from Eagle!

For the second time in three years, Griffin’s car has taken 1st place in the Pinewood Derby! He now has one more win than his brother had. Congrats, Griffin!

After months of saving (and lots and lots of shoveling this winter!) Grant finally has his new Nintendo 3DS! Now I just need to figure out how to tear it out of his hands occastionally…
