Day one of Grant’s NaNoWriMo story!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), it takes place each November, and participants attempt to write a 50,000-word novel in just 30 days. After watching his father take part in this event for the past few years, Grant has decided to join in with the Young Novelists division. His word-count goal for the month is 5,000.
